1 General Information & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the fb22 online gaming platform and its users ("you" or "user"). Accessing the platform through the fb22 website, mobile version, or any other channel, or creating an account, will be considered automatic acceptance of these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently available for transactions on the fb22 platform:

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
• fb22 reserves the right to verify withdrawals for fraud prevention purposes.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fb22 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum) → Total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the description of that offer.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
• fb22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Usage Terms

All games available on the fb22 platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and others — are provided for users' entertainment. Each game follows the rules set by its own provider.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or other technical reasons, fb22 will make every effort to handle the situation. However, server log data will be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game, as indicated in the game interface. fb22 reserves the right to change these limits.

7 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

• Failure to meet the age requirement
• Extended period of inactivity

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the fb22 support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any applicable withdrawals before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.

9 Limitation of Liability

The fb22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. fb22 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Issues arising from loss of internet connection or failure of third-party services
• Faults with the user's own device or network
• Damage to an account caused by user negligence or unauthorized third parties
• Normal outcomes of gaming — winning and losing are both possible in all games
